Ivelisse Meneses, PA, CCIM Broker-Associate

Ivelisse Meneses, PA, CCIM has been negotiating multimillion-dollar sale and lease transactions for commercial property owners, landlords, tenants, and real estate investors since 2009. She has earned a broker’s license in addition to investing in commercial properties.  She has experience in Industrial Properties, Retail Shopping Centers, and Office assets with a focus on the South Florida market surrounding Miami International Airport. Ivelisse has leased and sold more than 2 million square feet of office, warehouse, and industrial flex spaces – in Miami-Dade County. Her areas of expertise include purchase contract negotiations, tenant representation, tenant relations, landlord representation, marketing, lease negotiations of commercial real estate.

At Kaizen Realty Partners she will expand her business to handle more clients and continue to offer personalized service.  She has been trained and worked in national firms such as Lee & Associates South Florida, and NAI Miami.  She also served as the Director of Leasing for PS Business Parks in Doral, the publicly traded national REIT (NYSE: PSB) that owns and manages the 3.5 million-square-foot Miami International Commerce Center (MICC).  With a vast perspective of the owners' demands and tenants' needs, she has become a high-producing Realtor. 

Ivelisse Meneses earned her Business Admiration Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University in 2005.  She continued her education and received a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2019. She is also an active member of the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF); the South Florida chapter of NAIOP, the country’s largest trade group for commercial real estate brokers; and the Doral Business Council. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Her major clients include the U.S. Department of Homeland Security-Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Avianca / Avianca Express, Miami-Dade County Police Department, Harley Davidson, Midway Sports, Infinity Air, Truly Nolen, the U.S. General Services Administration, Infinity Air, Luggage & More and Allure Farms, among many others.
