Solugraph Expands to a Dock High Warehouse

Miami, FL- February 3, 2017- Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant Solugraph USA in a lease located at 8415 NW 68th Street, Miami, FL 33166. The 2,100 sq. ft. dock height warehouse is a larger than their previous 1,700 sq. ft. street level facility. The Brazilian business has mostly focused on supplying printer parts to Latin America, but over the past two years, they have successfully started the process of expanding their distribution to South Florida. 

Solugraph USA is a Brazilian machinery company that specializes in parts for digital and laser printers. They have been in business for several years supplying Latin America with the latest technology in printer parts. Working with Kaizen Realty Partners since their arrival to the US., they have expanded their business seeking optimal growth opportunities through real estate.
