Miami, FL- December 9, 2016- Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Real Estate represented the seller of Pardos Chicken Miami located at 2312 Ponce De Leon, Coral Gables, 33143. Pardos Chicken Miami's seller was a foreign investor from Peru. After some time living and managing the restaurant overseas, he decided that it would be best to sell and return to Peru. The business was not operating when it sold, yet Kaizen Realty Partners worked diligently to find new operators and keep it running as a Peruvian restaurant.
