SOLD- 6,000 SQ FT Office/Warehouse Fronting I-95 in Hallendale

Miami, FL- October 11, 2016- Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Real Estate represented the seller of an industrial warehouse located at 301 W Ansin Blvd, Hallandale, FL. The 6,000 sq ft space will now be used for the production and repair of yacht parts. The new owners have been in the yacht industry for several years and were looking to expand into a larger facility. The warehouse sold for $937,000.

 "I think this warehouse is a very sound investment. It also has frontage on I-95 and that's a bonus, " says Dante Aleman Senior Associate at Kaizen Realty Partners.
