Norex International Inc. Signs Five Year Lease in The CitiBank Building

Miami, FL- June 28, 2016-Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Commercial Real Estate represented Norex International in the signing of a five-year lease. Located @ 7300 N. Kendall Drive Ste. 660, located across from Dadeland Mall & Datran Center. The local firm exports and distributes industrial and automotive products: such as custom design hoses for different industrial applications and parts for a variety of machinery.

Norex Internatioal Inc. is a family owned business with over 35 years of experience. Their specifications were to find a way to reduce costs within their current facility. Kaizen Realty Partners evaluated their needs and looked for other sites economically beneficial within their local area.

Timing was the most difficult part of this transaction. Norex's lease was expiring, and the site they were moving to would not be ready on the day of delivery. Robert Meneses and Sherry Halstead of NAI Miami--the broker who represented the landlord--worked steadily to extend their current occupancy while expediting for the preparation of the of the new space.
