Commodity Forwarders Sign Long-Term Lease in Class "A" Warehouse

Miami, FL- July 29, 2016-Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Commercial Real Estate represented Commodity Forwarders Inc. in the signing of a long-term lease located at 8150 NW 21 Street, Doral, Florida within Miami International Commerce Center. The firm exports and distributes perishable products worldwide: such as meats, flowers, organic produce and dry cargo.

Commodity Forwarders Inc has 14 offices in the US and works with Authorized Agents throughout the United States including Washington DC, Atlanta, Dallas and Houston as well as Europe and Asia. Their specifications were to find a class “A” warehouse to expand in the South Florida Market. Kaizen Realty Partners persistently worked with them through the intricate details of their expansion.

Finding the right language for the lease approval was the hardest part of this transaction. Commodity Forwarders have decided to build the coolers into the facility, which will be a massive investment as well as a great opportunity for growth.
