A Miami Flower Business is Enjoying It's Increasing Success

Miami, FL- November 7, 2016-Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Commercial Real Estate represented Bella Blossom, a wholesale flower business, in a four-year industrial warehouse lease located at 1620-1622 NW 82 Avenue, Miami. The 10,000 sq ft warehouse will accommodate her fast growing company. 

Bella Blossom saw its beginnings within a small office space. Within a year the business took off, and she moved to a 4,000 sq ft space which she occupied for a couple of years. Her business continued to grow at a remarkable rate making it necessary to move again. This new space is ample enough for her to build coolers and support her increasing demand.

"I showed her South Florida Logistics Center with built in coolers, but the deal hit a little snag, and I decided to show her the dry warehouse. Fortunately, she was happy with the ample space and decided on building her own coolers," says Ramon Perez Senior Associate at Kaizen Realty Partners.
