A Good Investment Opportunity in Miami Gardens

Miami, FL- September 30, 2016-Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the purchase of a fast-food chain restaurant located at 17701 NW 27th Avenue, Miami Gardens. 

The buyer was significantly interested in buying a restaurant. However, he was looking for 5.5 percent return on investment that was unavailable at the time. He also required a 1031 exchange which motivated him in his final decision. After recognizing the market currently at 4.5 percent, he decided on a Kentucky Fried Chicken location under a lease. He purchased the lease along with the property.

"I sent my client multiple NNN properties. Every time something came out I sent it to him. We looked at properties in Jacksonville, Orlando, even properties in Tampa--- Once he was serious we secured three buildings for the 1031 Exchange," says Robert Meneses, CEO of Kaizen Realty Partners.
