The owner, a long standing client of Kaizen Realty Partners, was seeking a Class A warehouse for their business storage needs. Specifically, they required "dry ice storage". They found a 1,800 Sq. Ft. flex-space warehouse in Transal Business Park which fit their company's unique requirements.
