Local Produce Company Leases 25,000 SQ FT Distribution Center

Miami, FL- December 20, 2016- Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Real Estate represented MAC Edwards Produce and Co. in a five-year lease located at 7970-7978 NW 14 Steet, Doral, FL. The 25,000 sq ft building includes 3,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of cooler and freezer space, and 7,000 square feet of dry warehouse. In addition to the warehouse facility, they leased the surrounding land for storage and parking of 15 loading trucks.

MAC Edwards Produce & Co is family owned and operated since the 1940's distributing local produce worldwide. With the assistance of Kaizen Realty Partners, they were able to find an ideal facility for their increasing demand.
