The Kaizen Team Represents Tenant and Owner of an Industrial Warehouse in Medley

Miami, FL- July 1, 2017- Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Commerical Real Estate represented the tenant and the owner in the lease of a 2,228 SQ FT industrial warehouse. Located at 11391 N.W. 122nd Street, Medley, FL 33178. 

Kaizen team members, Luis Samperio and Brittany Sandu, collaborated on this deal. The tenant, a Venezuelan currently operates his water filtration company from both Venezuela and Miami. This warehouse will be used to assemble and store machinery. 

"The owner required ample space to build and store the equipment for his business. He also needed 3 phase power. We looked at several places and decided on this one because of it met all his needs, says Luis Samperio, Associate at Kaizen Realty Partners.
