Miami, FL- December 1, 2017- Kaizen Realty Partners, leaders in South Florida Commerical Real Estate represented Glass Company and Nelcon Cargo in five-year industrial warehouse leases. 

Glass Company LLC. is a new South Florida business located at 7125 W 20th Ave Hialeah, FL 33014. The 51,500 SQ. FT. warehouse will be used for a glass manufacturing business and the storage of specialty equipment imported from other countries. "This warehouse is big so we had to wait for the right tenant. They saw our sign on the Palmetto and were very interested in the location, says Brittany Sandhu, Associate at Kaizen Realty Partners.

Nelcon Cargo is located at 1900-1998 NW 82nd Avenue Doral, FL 33126. The 3,680 SQ. FT. office/warehouse will be the new location for a local Miami air and ocean cargo service.
