HIALEAH Industrial Warehouse to Elion Partners

Hialeah, FL – October 2018 – Kaizen Realty Partners (www.KaizenRE.com) facilitated the sale of an industrial warehouse to Elion Partners for $3.35 million.  The buyer. Elion Partners is a real estate investment firm with a proven track record of acquiring and developing quality properties in strategic locations.  The firm made the purchase as a long-term investment as they continue to establish themselves in the South Florida commercial market.  The property is now being marketed for lease through Kaizen Realty Partners.

The warehouse/office building is located at 1730 W 38th Place in Hialeah, Florida and sits on 1.5 acres. It has over 36,000 square feet of warehouse space, approximately 2,000 square feet of office space. The facility has 8 dock-high doors and 1 ramp, a twin tee concrete roof, 38 parking spaces, CBS construction, and was renovated in 2018.
